Common questions

My covers didn't arrive. Shoots take about a minute. Open the app — the shoot resumes from the Studio screen. If a look failed, the input isn't counted against your plan.

I didn't get my sign-in code. Check spam for an email from Cover Kids. Codes expire after a few minutes; tap "Use a different email" to request a new one.

How do I cancel? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cover Kids. You keep access until the end of the current period.

Delete my account and photos. Email privacy@coverkids.app from the address you signed up with. We remove your photos, covers and account within 7 days.

Can I use a photo of someone else's kid? No. Only upload photos of your own children or photos you have clear permission to use.
